Each listing will detail the size spec for the design and please consider these carefully when purchasing your garment.

For health reasons and regulations With Love cannot accept the returns of worn undergarments and can't accept garments back due to the wrong size being chosen. 

Each piece comes with a suggested care card and for best results follow the instructions. 

If there is a flaw in the garment and it is the fault of With Love Lingerie we will happily replace the item or refund your purchase using the method of original payment. The item in question must be sent back in unworn condition with the original hang tag on the piece.

With Love Lingerie ships worldwide!  Orders are sewn upon purchase so can take 3-5 business days to be constructed and packaged up.  

We ship via Canada Post for all domestic and international order. Generally orders take 1 week within Canada and 2 weeks(6-10 business days) to ship to the U.S. International orders can take between 4-8weeks. 

Also note I can't accommodate for customs hold ups.
